Heart of Paris
Studio Charmer
|

|
ID #100
Sleeps 3
Central Location |
|
Right in the heart of central Paris, this adorable studio is just
right for a couple with a child or even 3 adults. Tastefully
decorated it is of generous size, (28 m2 or 295 sq feet)
with modern appliances and well laid out floor plan.
The kitchen is off to one side, behind a wall, leaving the
bedroom/living room open and spacious.
You can not ask to be more central than this! You will be just a few
minutes stroll to places like, Notre Dame, Boulevard, St Michel, and
St Germain, the Luxembourg Gardens, Sorbonne University, etc etc …
Transportation is of course just nearby also, with several options
of metro, RER or Bus.
The apartment has a washer and dryer, good size shower, well equipped
kitchen and lots of closet/storage space. It is in a very busy and
bustling area, however, since it is off the street and back on the
courtyard, you can be assured of a quiet and tranquil stay. The
courtyard is small, but very typical with lots of apts. hanging
flowers/geraniums, etc. on the window-boxes. The entrance and
building are well maintained. It is on the second floor ( third
floor US) without an elevator.
This is a very typical French “pied –à- terre”, which you will enjoy
due to its excellent location and tastefully done interior. And
every time you walk back outside you will already be in the heart
of Paris!

Subject: Re: Paris keys are Back!
Richard, thanks for the acknowledgement for receipt of the keys. I
want to emphasize how much we enjoyed our travels and the whole
relationship with Vacation In Paris. You folks are well organized,
courteous and efficient. I like the way you communicated to us all
throughout the process. We have already recommended your services to
others and we would expect that, on our next visit to Paris (there
will be others), we will strongly consider using your rental
service. FIRST RATE experience.
As we said in our summary sheet, the apartment was exactly as you
portrayed it. We found it very suitable considering the area we
chose. It was clean, well appointed and up-to-date. The problem with
the TV and light were of no consequence to us and did not affect our
stay since we didn't need either of the appliances. We did leave a
note, though, that these two items or instructions need to be
fixed/provided for the next tenant. All in all, it was a grand
experience. Thanks for helping to make it so.
Sincerely, Chris and Elaine V., Portland, OR
Hi - I'm writing
to thank you for helping make our 20th anniversary so special. My wife
and I stayed at the apartment on Rue St. Jacques (#100) in mid-April
for 5 nights. We had a fantastic time. While I can't credit you with
the great weather (temperatures averaging 70 every day with rain only
while we slept), I can praise you for having a fine apartment and
running an efficient, accommodating organization. Our apartment was
wonderful: it was clean and comfortable; it was quaint and we felt as
if we were living the way real Parisians live; and the location was
tremendous, being in the heart of the city, a two minute walk from
Notre Dame and ten to twenty minute walks from numerous other
destinations such as the Louvre, D'Orsay, Pantheon, Luxembourg
Gardens, Musee de Moyen Age/Cluny, Sainte-Chapelle... There are even
two small charming churches right next to the apartment that are worth
investigating. And as fine as the large boulevards are that you find
throughout Paris, it was delightful to be surrounded by the small,
twisty, crowded streets that radiate off of the main streets in the
Left Bank. Theses little streets are full of life, activity and
surprises and the apartment abuts two of them. I can't speak for all
of your properties, but I can praise #100 and I can vouch for your
organization being one of class and efficiency. Thanks again -- we'll
definitely stay again when we next find our way to Paris. Clifford
Dean and Jane Murphy, Cranston, RI.
