Smack in the middle of Paris’ coveted ODEON and St Germain area,
you will enjoy this cute 20 m2 apt (about 215 sq ft) that can sleep up to 4 adults, for such a great price! It has just gone through a “freshening-up” renovation (July 2010)
including some new paint,
some new kitchen appliances, a new shower and bathroom vanity, and new
oak flooring in the living area. You can not begin to count the numerous restaurants, shops, bakeries, cafés, etc that are just outside the door of this bustling area! Yet since it is off the street and on a courtyard, the flat itself is quiet indeed!
The studio has a double size bed up on a mezzanine - one must climb
steeply inclined wooden ladder to
access and has limited head room. Also there's a double size “click-clack” fold down sofa bed in the living room area for 2 persons. There is a separate built-in closet in which to store your luggage. The bathroom has a shower and the WC is separate in another room. Owner has installed some new appliances in the kitchen, including microwave. In this studio it is nice to have the kitchen separated in another room.
Due to the size, this apartment is best for two people but it can
accommodate four. See below for complete amenities listing. This
is a small studio especially for four persons but the location is
excellent and the price is right!
From the apartment you will be only a few minutes walk to so many attractions
like The Seine, Luxembourg gardens, famous rue Buci market area, even Notre Dame! It is just off of St. Germain boulevard and transport is easy, with ODEON only a 3 minute walk or plenty of bus lines right outside also.
Enjoy the heart of Paris for this great price and enjoy the quiet courtyard
apartment for your relaxing and sleeping.

The apartment was great, but the
bathroom was a bit small. However, most bathrooms are like that in
France and abroad. The Kitchen was small too, but again, that's
what it is like there. Overall, a great place, I will definitely
keep you guys in mind for our next trip to Paris/France. This
really is a great service, I wish you had more listings in
other cities across Europe.

As we said in our summary sheet, the apartment was exactly
as you portrayed it. We found it very suitable considering
the area we chose. It was clean, well appointed and
up-to-date. The problem with the tv and light were of no
consequence to us and did not affect our stay since we
didn't need either of the appliances. We did leave a note,
though, that these two items or instructions need to be
fixed/provided for the next tenant. All in all, it was a
grand experience. Thanks for helping to make it so.

That was a great stay and a wonderful little
apartment. Staff is really helpful with providing you with all
information you need. Location is excellent and you really do
get a feel for an authentic Parisian neighborhood. Very close
to Luxembourg gardens, Louvre and Notre Dame-- all within
walking distance. Lots of cafes and bakery near by. Even
though in busy neighborhood, you couldn't hear noises from
outside. Great to have kitchen with all the appliances in case
you want to save some money and buy some food from a nearby
grocery store. Overall, great great great place and we would
definitely stay there again if we are travelling to Paris.
