This has a large tub and shower (fixed to wall) and is also a good size, not too small.

The 3 large windows looking out to the street and corner of the park, bring-in lots of light and are 'sound-proofed’ with double glazing. Windows on the courtyard side allow for good cross ventilation as well.

The owner has kept the old wooden beams in tact (thankfully!), which add so much charm to the place. And it is well decorated and very comfortable indeed. You will be glad you are in so central a location and will certainly be boasting to your friends about discovering this hidden petit coin’, - this gem of a find that you will call your “special place in Paris”!
