The bathroom is quite large, with a full tub and shower, plus has the WC separate in another room, (for easy access by all..)

This is a great area, only 3 minute walk to the famed, Montorgueil pedestrian farmer’s market street and the incredible St. Eustache church. In about 6 minutes you can walk to the Seine river and only a few more minutes to the Louvre. All of your shopping needs are very close by, in great Parisian style…

This large apt. is 85 m² (approx. 910 sq feet) and features a separate kitchen (enclosed, not ‘open style’) and separate dining room which seats up to 8 people. There is lots of light which enters through the many windows and lots of greenery around, both inside and on the terraces.

  The apartment on Rue Etienne Marcel is in a great location and very comfortable for our family of 4. We enjoyed our stay very much.
