The building dates from the 18th century and reflects the charm of the period with exposed beams in the apartment. The small balcony offers a view of the historic church L’Oratoire du Louvre. The quiet bedroom faces the courtyard. The apartment is on the European first floor, no elevator.
This comfortable 39 square meter apartment accommodates 4 guests with a double bed in the bedroom
and a double sofa bed in the living room. There is a nice kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker, and utensils for dining in. The bathroom is equipped with a wall-mounted shower. Stay in touch with business or family with the computer, printer, copier and scanner and wireless high speed Internet. There is also a washer dryer combo.

First of all, I want to say "Thank You" so very much!!! My family and
I had a wonderful time and the apartment was perfect! The bottle of
wine was a very nice touch. You were right, the apartment was very
nice and had everything we needed.
I would be very happy to be used as a reference if
you have a request for one. Your firm was so nice to talk with and
very professional. You made it easy, enjoyable and made me feel so
comfortable while booking. I truly believe you have the right process,
please don't change. I used a different agent in London and they were
far less Customer oriented and not friendly at all.
Regarding the key, I mailed it yesterday in the
package you provided. Upon your receipt, please process the $400
credit back on my visa. By the way, there were two additional "blue"
keys in the apartment which we left there.
Again, Thank you so much. Our family has built some
great memories in Paris, mostly because of your help.

Everything was as good, and in some cases better, than promised! The
apartment was perfect for us. The location was incredible; only a
block from the Louvre. We were at the Louvre before 9:00 AM and were
inside in less than 10 minutes. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony
in the morning and our glass of wine there in the evening. Everything
was perfect.
Excellent service. Does not compare to the others we used in Europe.
