This large studio is very well adapted to a couple’s stay because of the generous space it provides in the main living/sleeping area, as it is completely separated from either the kitchen or bathroom. No, you will not be ‘sleeping in the kitchen’ here! A door separates the living room off from these other rooms (and even 2 doors separate you to the outside corridor/hallway.)  It has been newly decorated with all new furnishings and new kitchen in 2006.

Imagine just strolling out to meander the famed Champs Elysées, with all its shops and restaurants and best people watching anywhere! Your transportation is right nearby, with the major metro line stop of Franklin Roosevelt just nearby, to take you to so many of the major monuments/places. But of course you are also within walking distance to special sights/places like: Arc de Triomphe, Tuileries gardens and the Louvre, cross the new bridge to the Musee D’Orsay, or just a few minutes to the river Seine where you can catch the night-lit boat rides for only about 8 euros per person. And many bakeries and specialty shops are just in your immediate neighborhood also.

The apartment features a kitchen for cooking light meals, or storing items in the frig for heating in the microwave. The bathroom is quite large, compared to most studios and has both a tub and shower, plus a skylight. Your main window looks out to rue Ponthieu, just one block away from “les Champs” but is double glazed for your quiet relaxing stay. The owner has provided a good quality sofa sleeper bed, of double size for 2 people. You also have large wall closets to store your luggage out of sight.
