The apartment itself is a treasure in any neighborhood: 2 bedrooms, fully air-conditioned, top-end quality furnishings, a beautiful handsome building, and a designer kitchen that includes granite counter-tops. Just some of the features you should expect from such a Luxury flat, for anyone who demands the best! Sleeping arrangements are; Master bedroom with a queen size bed, second bedroom has 2 separate twin size beds on either side of the bedroom, and there is a comfortable double size sofa bed in the living room, (although it can sleep 6 people, owner has restricted it to maximum of 5 adults). There is a good size bathroom with combination bathtub & shower (shower head attached to wall) plus a conveniently separate WC in another room. The 4th floor elevation (yes with large elevator) allows for lots of flooding sunlight streaming in, through the multiple large windows that grace the apartment.

The furnishings and decoration is all of upper-end quality. A large dining table plus overstuffed chairs and sofa in adjacent living room. The gorgeous yellow and beige striped curtains blend perfectly with the handsome jet-black marble fireplace, which is the centerpiece of this handsome salon. Crystal chandeliers, gilt-framed mirrors, flowers in window boxes and candles in different areas balance out this warm and inviting atmosphere the owners have delicately taken so much time and effort to realize. Additionally, this is one of the most secure areas in Paris, due to its affluent neighborhood.

The Eiffel Tower is located on the gorgeous park setting of ‘le Champs de Mars.
