This central location in the first arrondissement is
ideal for visiting all the main attractions of Paris. A short walk
will take you to the Opera, big department stores, restaurants large
and small, the Louvre museum and so much more. Shop for food just a
short walk away in the supermarket of Prisunic or visit the smaller
shops in the neighborhood for easy meals or snacks during your stay.
With easy access to several metro stops all of Paris is but a short
ride away.
The apartment itself is accessed by a typical small
Parisian elevator and is located on the European 4th floor.
A good sized studio of 28 square meters (approximately 300 square
feet) the amenities, include a microwave, stove top and oven, fridge
and coffee maker. Your private bath includes a hand held shower and
bath tub. There is a double bed and a double pullout sofa to sleep
four guests comfortably. High speed internet is available in the
apartment. Cable TV and phone service is provided for local calls and
to receive incoming calls. Although there is no washer dryer there is
a laundromat with a 5 minute walk.

Excellent location, appropriately furnished with all the necessities
and nice touches of free internet, phone calls etc, if you are fussy about
street noise suggest you bring ear plugs as it is a lively though very
safe neighborhood, convenient to everything a visitor might want to do in
Paris> you can give my name and email for others to contact but please do

We had a great stay! Our 25 days was
perfect. We wanted to stay in Marais, but this one was much better
located, and ideal for visiting museums, restaurants, shops and just get
the feeling of actually living in Paris. Close to shopping centers but not
to close. Lots of great Asian restaurants nearby, supermarket Monoprix and
the bakery Paul just one block away! Louvre and Seine is a 5 min stroll
away!!
The apartment is perfect for a couple, and there is space
enough to sleep with children but with no privacy of course. The apartment
is well planned, nice window-view and with all the utensils needed.
We can highly recommend this apartment. We are very experienced
travelers and read a lot about Vacation in Paris. It works perfect with
them! From assisting with booking until arrival and departure! Thanks to
Jan for the choice of apartment. The manager in Paris, Jean Michel was
very nice with us and we could stay the whole day on our day of departure
at no extra cost!
