Just perfect for a couple wanting to visit central Paris and stay in a French style,
very quiet Studio, with lots and lots of amenities! It even has an air conditioning system- our only Studio with air conditioning.

As you arrive, you will see why we assure you of a quiet and restful sleep, as you walk off back the street through 2 large courtyards, to the building in the back. These courtyards are lined with trees and greenery, are open and spacious and provide just the perfect atmosphere for you to leave your windows open in nice weather for fresh air!

The area is quite central, in the southern part of the seventh arrondissement, or district. You have two metros close by (Sevres Babylone and Vaneau) which provide great transportation to the rest of Paris. Close to the immense department store “ le Bon Marche’, this is the Left Bank’s equivalent to the Galeries Lafayette on the other riverside. Several bakeries and stores and restaurants are only a few minutes stroll away.

The apartment is located on the 2^nd European floor (3^rd US count) with stairs only (no elevator). It is not large, with approx. 20 m², or 215 sq feet of space, but ample room for 2 people sleeping on the double size bed, small dining table and several chairs. It has an open style kitchenette (see below for amenities) and a bathroom with shower and small bathtub to boot! There is plenty of room for suitcases in the entry-way, where there is a large closet area.

The most special feature of this apartment, is just how painstakingly and lovingly the owner has decorated it and provided it with everything you need. She (thankfully) left the bare rock wall and structural beams exposed, which provides lots of charm and warmth. She has even provided some ‘fun’ chairs designed by none other than Philippe Stark!
