Located on the first floor (second USA count), it is easily accessed by wide stairs. It has lots of large windows plus extra high ceilings!

The kitchen has been completely re-done, with all new cabinets, new appliances and includes; dishwasher, oven and microwave, stove top with electric burners, plus the washer/dryer units ( which are separate or " tower type). There will be both a dining room table for six people as well as a bar-counter. There is another important feature for such a large apartment that accommodates six people, and that is the gas furnace for " never out hot water" and heating for the radiators.
