If location is important, this is the place! Right in the heart of Pairs, near the River Seine, and just minutes stroll to places like the Louvre, St. Michel, Notre Dame, Chatelet and all the St. Germain area. Rue Dauphine leads right onto rue Buci, and St. Andre des Arts, the famous pedestrian streets with all the farmers’ markets and flowers shops…

The whole building interior and courtyard has recently been renovated and is in great shape. The apt is located on the third floor (do note there is a short set of stairs to the ground floor which makes the apartment 3½ flights up) and has only stairs - no elevator - and is 24 m² (approx. 260 sq feet).  In keeping with the historical nature of the building, the original narrow stairs remain which some may find challenging with large suitcases.
