Very nicely decorated, handsome two bedroom apartment with large poster-bed in master bedroom and 3 separate twin size beds in second bedroom, which while these can be used by adults, they're also perfect for kids/teenagers! (see details below)…

The property owner does decoration herself and has outfitted this apartment with warm rich colors and very comfortable furniture. We are sure you will especially enjoy the kitchen and bedrooms, plus the extra quiet surroundings on this semi-private courtyard. It feels almost like a small house as you enter on the ground floor and have lots of greenery/shrubs just outside your windows. It is located well off the street through a courtyard entrance and ensures very tranquil atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

It has just over 430 sq feet of space (with two large bedrooms) with an extra large bathroom and relaxing over-sized tub (plus hand held shower). The sleeping arrangements are: Queen sized bed in the main bedroom (nice 4 poster-bed ) and second bedroom has 2 individual twin size beds with wooden frames, one pulls-out from under the other and can be separated. They are regular size twin beds and can sleep 2 adults or 2 children. There is a third smaller bed up on a wooden mezzanine, which is only meant for a younger child (no older than 12 years old). This bed is accessed via a wooden ladder and while perfectly safe and comfortable, we do not recommend for older kids or adults.

This is a great area of Paris, not too many tourists, and very close to good transport. You are only a 4 minute walk to metro Falguiere on line 12, which takes you directly to such areas as; the heart of St. Germain district (rue de Bac), Musee D’Orsay, Concorde (change for many other metro lines) and even close to Opera. This is a great area to explore on foot with several restaurants and bakeries, specialty shops close by.

This is a great left-bank location, you can even stroll to the Rodin museum with its gorgeous gardens and all the St. Suplice area which is so hip now!

With kids or without, you will be pleased to enjoy this lovely apartment and convenient location.
