The owner of this Paris vacation rental has made up in size by going all-out with quality furnishings and decorations. It includes a black granite counter-top for the kitchenette, plus as well for the small ledge/space for eating. You have nice crystal lamps, beautiful marble bathroom and a sofa-sleeper for two people. While only 13 m² in size (about 140 sq. ft.), every inch has been accommodated to provide you with the same amenities as a larger flat. For two couples traveling together, this apartment can be rented in combination with our ID #97 Charming Parisian Studio/Breteuil, as it is just across the street and also a studio for 2 people.

The bathroom is ample in size, with the WC, large sink and great shower with modern fixtures. The kitchenette provides counter space plus the following appliances; an under-counter refrigerator, a micro-wave (and combo grill/toaster) a 2 burner vitro-ceramic modern stove top, coffee maker plus kettle, plus dishes and cutlery for 2 people. There is a wall-mounted flat screen TV, some English channels, plus a telephone for local calls. The daytime sofa folds down very easily to a flat position for the bed which is a French sized double bed measuring 122 cm (50 inches, making it slightly less than the US standard double).  It is a comfortable bed, which also has some storage space underneath it (bedding plus a soft-sided suitcase to fit underneath.) There are two windows which look out over the city and avenue, (quiet apartment as it is so high up and top floor). This is a great neighborhood, mostly residential, with a park-like expanse of green directly in front of you, that leads to Les Invalides (approximately a 7 minute stroll away). You can also walk to the Ecole Militaire and Rue Cler area for shopping or many more restaurants and there's a restaurant/Café directly in front of your building as well.  The Eiffel Tower area is within a nice stroll or just 2 stops on the metro which is right around the corner.

Yes, size does matter, but the charm and quality details of this lovely place, in such a rich neighborhood and open views will well make up for it being a small place! We are sure you will enjoy this experience!
