Come explore this area, just on the north side of the “Marais”, close to Republique and the quaint shopping street of rue Bretagne. This special street is full of bistros, cafes, butchers, bakers, flowers shops and lots of shopping.

Wonderful, spacious apartment, almost “loft style”, with high ceilings and open spaces plus lots of windows. This is a comfortable place for 4 adults plus an additional child or young fifth adult in a separate twin size bed. This apartment is situated on 2 separate floors; the sleeping area and full bathroom downstairs, the kitchen and living areas upstairs.

This apartment is very convenient to do grocery shopping or find specialty gifts to take back or of course, for yourselves!

The two downstairs bedrooms each have a double size bed, plus closet space. One of the bedrooms is larger and has a small separate area where the cot for the 5th person can be setup off to one side and not right in the middle of the room. Off the hallway, there is a full bathroom with bathtub & shower combo, WC and sink. Upstairs has a second WC. The stairs are not difficult to manage as shown in the photo.

The upper floor is quite spacious with high ceilings; here you’ll find the living room and kitchen. There is a dining table for up to 6 people, plus a small sofa and armchairs around the TV area. The open style kitchen has everything you need to cook meals or just reheat take away from the nearby stores and delicatessens. This kitchen includes an oven plus stovetop, microwave, and a large refrigerator. There is a washer and separate dryer. Another convenience is having a separate WC + sink just off the kitchen area, so there is no need to go downstairs. The many windows on both sides of this room and ceiling skylights allow for lots of light and when opened, provide good cross breeze ventilation. You have plenty of “blue sky view” with this open loft feeling. Everyone can gather in this large upstairs room to plan for the next day’s adventures or recant the current day’s fun activities.

Spacious, comfortable, quiet and sure to please, come enjoy this apartment and explore this area of Paris, that while not right next to a major monument, it is still very central and fun to explore!

This apartment and the neighborhood were wonderful! The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with lovely and interesting personal decor. It was so nice having a full and well-equipped kitchen. It was very hot during our stay but the many windows provided plenty of ventilation. It also helped that the bedrooms are on a lower floor where it was much cooler than the upper floor. The location was perfect- easy walk to several grocery stores, markets, bakeries, the metro, and a slightly longer but comfortable walk down to the Seine. Would definitely stay here again!  We called the property manager upon our arrival when we had some trouble getting the key to the outer door to work. He said he would come to help and it would take about 20 minutes. But we tried the key again and were finally able to get the door open (it was just a little
tricky!) so we called him again and told him not to come. He seemed pleasant and helpful.
