US) of this handsome 18th century building, one of the nicest features is the open and well cared for courtyard, with several green shrubs and plants, plus lots of light.

of the apartment faces the small one-way street that the building is located on, which is very quiet and even has all doubled paned windows to ensure a relaxing peaceful stay for you. The Seine
River is literally a stones throw away, if you wish to cross the bridge and venture over to Notre Dame,
the Louvre
Museum and so many other attractions. If you stay on the
left bank, you are in the very heart of St. Germain de Pres area, with
many countless restaraunts, creperies, bakeries, chocolate stores, and even
pubs/bars for you to enjoy. Note this building apartment is not above/next to a
bar, so no noise factor to fear. You can walk to the St. Michel metro-RER station in just 3 minutes where several lines
are available, including RER trains, that can take you to the airports, Disneyland, and Versailles!
There are two bedrooms that share, and are separated, by a modern chic bathroom with a rainfall type overhead shower. There is also a separate WC room that is easily accessed by all without crossing a bedroom to get to it. The living room is quite large - enormous by most Paris standards - and has a large sofa, coffee table and a few chairs.
You have a double size bed in each bedroom, with closet space and a large window for each, plus a queen size sofa sleeper bed in the living room which is very comfortable - the owner has invested in the top quality daily use model which costs over $3000 and has thick mattress. This home can accommodate up to six adults; two on each bed plus two on sofa bed.
The kitchen is quite large and has a dining table in it, which is set
up for 4 people, but can expand to accommodate six people; folding
chairs are provided. There is a large refrigerator, washer with separate
dryer, dishwasher, full oven and separate built-in microwave. A modern
flat screen TV, plus Wi-Fi and free calls to North America and Europe, except mobiles, affords you important conveniences. The large living room has windows on both sides - facing the courtyard and
the small side street - which means cool breezes in the summer time can flow through with both windows open.

The quality of the apartment itself, the handsome well-kept building, plus the carefully chosen furnishings equates this as a Luxury apartment. It is in excellent condition and sure to please everybody! However, in keeping with VIP’s strict standard to classify any property that sleeps more than 2 people, as Luxury ONLY IF there is a second bathroom, we have set this fine home up as follows:
This special apartment is only meant for one or two families travelling together. If any member of the group is under 25 years old, there must be a least one parent of that person in the group. Failure to abide by this rule may result in the local Property Manager refusing to allow the guests entry into the property and all rental payments will be forfeited. This request is based on the property owner's requirements.
This apartment requires a “Meet and Greet” - guests will be met at the apartment and given keys at that time.
