Located on rue de Buci and rue St. Andres des Arts, you couldn't ask for a better location in the heart of St. Germain!

Just a review for you to post on your website for the apartment we rented a couple of weeks ago in St.Germain: My family recently rented the Artist Loft apartment for 3 days for a spring break trip in April. We are a family of four and the property worked out well for us. The photos shown on the website accurately show exactly what the apartment looks like. We found the property to be charming and a perfect location within walking distance to Notre Dame Cathedral as well the the Louvre and D'Orsay Museums.
The apartment with its loft area was a perfect location for our two children (ages 10 & 8) to sleep. The loft area actually created almost a treehouse play area for my kids. It has ample space with small reading lights, shelving and a small closet for storage.
My daughter who is 4'11" could not stand up all the way in the loft area, but that area is definitely an area that will work for older children or teens. I would think that adults may not enjoy sleeping in the loft because if the limited height. The bathroom is really nice and is large compared to most European hotel bathrooms.
The washer, linen closet area, towel rack, and double sink vanity are all in this one space. The one toilet is actually in another small room with a small sink, like a powder room. This toilet room is actually very small but works well being in a separate location for families trying to all get ready at the same time. It would however be very difficult for someone to actually dress in the powder room because it is very small.
The kitchen and bar area worked out perfectly for us. We were able to get a few things at a small grocery market right around the corner that was reasonably priced. The market accepted Visa which worked out perfectly for us. There are multiple cafes, bakeries, shops, and a quaint streets and alleys to stroll in. There is even a small Starbucks across the street. Facilities in the apartment were fantastic. Hot water was ample. The Wi-Fi worked great. We never tried out the TV, washer or phone due to our short stay but I am sure they work fine. Microwave and refridgerator were wonderful to have available. We loved opening the huge window and looking at the street and people and the street below.
We loved the privacy of renting the apartment. We felt very safe and never felt in danger or uncomfortable. We never saw or heard neighbors and we didn't have to worry about the security of our things with maids coming in, as in a hotel room. We loved being able to pay ahead of time and had no problem getting into the apartment with our keys. It was wonderful to pay in US dollars and not mess with hotel taxes, added fees or exchange rates. We loved our time in Paris as well as the apartment. Our only regret is that our time there was so brief. We definitely plan on returning and want to spend at least five nights in the apartment if not longer.
This same property will work well for us in the future. There is a lot to do in Paris, our children had a wonderful time and we did too. Be prepared if you go in the spring that the weather is still in the 50's during the day. We wore jackets every day. In all, we felt like we experienced more as "true Parisians" by staying in the apartment. -
