What a great location for this wonderful
Parisian Home, which is sure to delight even the demanding traveler! A
very large comfortable flat, with exquisite décor and in top shape,
and right next to the expansive gardens at the foot of the Eiffel
Tower. Elegant furnishings, the very best in sleeping accommodations,
a large/fun “bistro style” kitchen plus 2 complete bathrooms make this
the perfect place for a family, or 2 couples traveling together.

This is one of our “favorite Luxury apartments”, which is sure
to please even the most demanding guests. Furnished for elegance and comfort, there are 2 large salons, one next to the fireplace and another
with large sofas just off the dining area. Tall windows graced with
beautiful silk curtains and a westerly exposure allow for lots of
light to stream in. The ceilings are extra high as well, adding volume
and a spacious feeling even for a group of 5 adults. The dining table
accommodates up to 6 people and is separate from the kitchen (see
floor-plan). The entryway and most of the apartment is finely
decorated with wainscoting and rich neutral colors, matched by a
beautiful original hardwood floor throughout.
The three bedrooms are down a long corridor, two of which
are facing onto a landscaped
courtyard, which is the quiet side
of the building (although all the apartment is very tranquil and
quiet, with its "small one-way street" location). These
two large bedrooms face onto a stunning large green garden - private
to the buildings in the complex - that provides an open and relaxing
and peaceful setting. The master bedroom has a premium king sized bed, and the
second bedroom has two twin sized beds (large than normal size). These
twins can also be combined together on request as a king sized bed as
well. There is a smaller third bedroom which has a oversized single
bed. The property owners have provided the top of the line quality
bedding and beds with premium mattresses and over-sized beds. The
individual twin size beds measure over 3 feet wide and over 6.5 feet
long. The pillows and sheets/duvets are high quality high thread count
as well.
The three bedrooms share two complete bathrooms which are also
off the hallway: The master bath with large tub and shower combo, a
large
basin, and a WC. The second bathroom has a shower and sink. A second
WC is independent (separate) for easy access by all.
The kitchen is a fun place for everyone to gather as well, with its
exposed brick wall, large bistro style blackboard where you can
announce the day’s menu (or why not the days adventures and plans!)…it
is very complete with oven, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster,
coffeemaker, a Nespresso maker, kettle, etc. There is a large dishwasher for your
convenience as well and the apartment has an excellent washer and
(separate) dryer of top of the line Miele brand.
This is a very handsome and elegant apartment, adorned with
antique chandeliers, beautiful paintings and drawings, high quality
furniture and in very good condition. You will be just a 5 to 7 minute
stroll to the Rue Cler Market street (open every day) and few more
minutes onwards to Invalides and its War Museums, plus surrounded by
literally dozens of great restaurants from Michelin Star recognition,
to smaller simple bistros and even several Italian eateries nearby.
And of course the Champs de Mars next door, where you can; picnic at
the foot of the tower, go jogging, have the kids ride ponies and watch
puppet shows, play basketball, or just relax, smell the flowers and
people watch….
This special apartment is only meant for one or two families
travelling together. If any member of the group is under 25 years old,
there must be a least one parent of that person in the group. Failure
to abide by this rule may result in the local Property Manager
refusing to allow the guests entry into the property and all rental
payments will be forfeited. This request is based on the property
owner's requirements.
This apartment requires a “Meet and Greet” - guests will be met at
the apartment and given keys at that time.
