This rental house offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The two main double bedrooms are upstairs and have an open floorplan, each with a bathroom on the mezzanine. The third bedroom is downstairs with twin beds and next to the shower room. The two upstairs bedrooms are open to the eaves with beautiful ancient woodwork exposed. The first bedroom occupies a grand space and is located in the front of house, with superb views across the valley.  The second bedroom is higher up and has velux skylight windows, but no views. The third bedroom opens onto the small upper terrace.

The front door opens into the grand salon with terrace doors that look out to the pool and terrace. The 3.5 x 6.5 m (about 10 x 20 ft) swimming pool can be heated for an additional cost at about 10€ per day to be paid locally. Once again, a big room with an open plan with stairs to the first bedroom and small stairs to a small kitchen with cooker /hob/ and fridge basin etc.

There is Satellite TV with English converter box and CD, VHS and Wi-Fi, also hi-fi with radio and CD player. Canapé x2 dining table for 6 and lots of antique items and an interesting personal library (catalogued). Past the small kitchen is bedroom #3 and shower room and door into grand kitchen with door to small terrace.

The main kitchen has all modern conveniences you could ask for  - washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, gas range with oven, microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer. Table and chairs for 6 and small canapé. The house has oil heating and ceiling fans upstairs for a comfortable stay. Outside there are the 2 terraces with tables and chairs, the pool, a garden with lovely peach trees and excellent views across the valley. The house faces south so you'll bask in the sun morning til night. The house has a lot of level changes inside and consequently, many steps so perhaps not suitable for those with mobility issues or young children.

This rental property requires a "Meet and Greet" - guests will be met at the house and given keys at that time.
