At over 82 m² (@890 ft²), the apartment is quite large and certainly feels larger, due to the open spaces and volume created by the tall ceilings that are over 3.5 mts (@11 feet) and large windows grace this beautiful apartment. The owner informed us that his grandmother was actually born in the oversize king size bed...note this refers to the bed frame, not mattress! The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds, which can be separated or pushed together, but do not form one single bed. The WC is separate, which makes it practical, with easy access by all. The kitchen is fabulous, and opens out to the dining area, where a large table can accommodate up to six people. This is a fantastic central area, with metro stops only a few minutes away, including Pyramides, Opera and Tulieries. The Louvre is just a short 8-10 minute stroll, d’Orsay just across the river from the Louvre and the Opera is just a 5-6 minute walk as well. But make sure you visit the gorgeous Place Vendome square, and why not stop into the Hemmingway Bar there for a nightcap? There are plenty of cafes and restaurants on your same street, plus a fantastic bakery just down the block. All in all, we are sure you will enjoy this lovely home, and maybe even take pictures of the shower to send home.....you can be as “creative and indiscreet” as you wish!

The quality of the apartment itself, the handsome well-kept building, plus the carefully chosen furnishings equates this as a Luxury apartment. It is in excellent condition and sure to please everybody! However, in keeping with VIP’s strict standard to classify any property that sleeps more than 2 people, as Luxury ONLY IF there is a second bathroom, we have set this fine home up as follows:

This special apartment is only meant for one or two families travelling together. If any member of the group is under 25 years old, there must be a least one parent of that person in the group. Failure to abide by this rule may result in the local Property Manager refusing to allow the guests entry into the property and all rental payments will be forfeited. This request is based on the property owner's requirements.

This apartment requires a “Meet and Greet” - guests will be met at the apartment and given keys at that time.

The owner requests no children under the age of 10 years.
