Walk a half a block and you will find yourself on
rue Montorgueil, a lively market street.
Shopping for fresh baked croissants
and fruit for your morning breakfast will be a
delightful experience. Enjoy the
 charm
of the pedestrian street outside your windows. There is even a Monoprix at the
end of the block that stays open until midnight. Walk 5 minutes and you will be at the Metro. A 10-minute walk will take
you to the Louvre, the Queen of Museums. Wander up the Avenue de l’Opera and visit the Opera.
Notre Dame Cathedral (with its world-famous
gargoyles!) is also within walking distance.
The neighborhood is lively,
trendy and proud of its 2 highlights : the rue Etienne Marcel and the Place des
Victoires lined with the biggest fashion names and hip boutiques. Also enjoy
the numerous trendy restaurants, cafés and terraces. The building has an historical classification. The architect Mandar
lived in the building 200 years ago. The historical plaque outside the building tells
of the building's history.This is a large (36 m2 approximately 370 sq ft) 1st floor loft. It is bright, spacious
and comfy.
This apartment has recently
been thoroughly renovated and tastefully furnished. The antique wooden beamed ceilings and
nonworking fireplace add the
ambiance of Old Paris to its very modern charm. A folding screen can separate the king sized bed from the sofa
bed so four people can stay here and enjoy their privacy. And there is even an
