.Location:  The apartment is located just a two minute walk from Métro station Pont De Neuilly on line Métro line #1. This line goes directly down the Champs Elysées and you can be at the Louvre Museum within 13 minutes. The Neuilly-Sur-Seine is a very prestigious area near the western edge of Paris where you will find the largest park in Paris- Bois de Boulogne.  Here is a 2,137 acre park that offers a large expanse of greenery for strolling, bike riding, or viewing the many garden areas. The apartment is just short walk to the river Seine and La Defense.  You'll find stores for groceries and several excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. 

Apartment Details: There is a large bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, a second bedroom with two double beds, and a living room with a double sofa bed- Floorplan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities as well as a washer dryer combination. There is a bathroom with tub and shower and a separate room with toilet and sink. The apartment has central heating and plenty of hot water for your showers. TV with cable and VCR are also provided.

Just wanted to drop you a line and say we are back from our vacation, and I mailed the keys yesterday Sept 20. We stayed at 148 rue Charles De Gaulle Sept. 12-17 and we were very pleased with the apartment. It was large enough for more than the 4 of us and the kitchen facilities were a big plus. The cost per person per night was less than I paid for a dingy little hotel room in York, and it was a relief and a pleasure to find the apartment was all we hoped it would be. 

I would definitely recommend this for any families or groups of people traveling to Paris. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived and the bottle of wine was a nice touch after traveling by train from York that day. 

The only thing we had trouble with was the washing machine. We tried it twice, and it took about 3 hours to cycle through, and the clothes came out dripping wet with undissolved laundry soap on them. Jean-Claude has made counter-notes in the log book insisting it works, so maybe more clear or explicit directions are needed.
