Only 5 minutes walk to Invalide's gilded dome and gardens, plus War museums, or the 7 day per week food/flower Farmers' Market at rue Cler, or the convenient Metro stop of La Tour Maubourg.
Only 5 minutes walk to the "Ecole Militaire", or Champs des Mars gardens/Eiffel Tower. You can slip out to the many
neighborhood restaurants or entertain "at home" thanks to the fantastic Italian Delicatessens like Davoli for example, or shops like FAUCHON , LE NOTRE, NICOLAS wine ...
This area is a real French village inside Paris, the main street of which being the animated
Rue Cler with its fabulous bakeries, wine and cheese shops, typical cafés where you can sit outside, or restaurants like the very animated Café du Marché.

We loved the apartment and the area. We shopped every side of Paris and all we wanted to do was hurry home to Rue Cler. We found the apartment CLEAN with plenty of closet and drawers to unpack. The apartment was cute, comfortable and on a quiet street.
We will rent this apartment again in the spring. All the streets around rue
Cler also had wonderful shopping away from crowds with friendly shop owners. I bought several books in a wonderful children's bookstore the Olive Oil store is so friendly with wonderful things to buy and one of the chocolate stores is the best in Paris and the bakery at the far end of rue
Cler is the best in town and we tried most of them. I'm now on a diet but it was worth it. Myself and 2 daughters went and we all did most of our shopping in that area and we went to every side of Paris. We walked to the Eiffel tower at night in about 10 minutes. We felt safe at all times.
I would not hesitate to use your service again. Everyone was helpful and answered any questions I had by return e-mail the same day. Thank you all. The keys were mailed today.

Subject: Rue Cler Spirit -- a Wonderful Getaway!
Hi,
My daughter and I absolutely loved our little apartment on rue
Duvivier! The 58 steps up to our door almost compensated for the
pastries we enjoyed from the patisserie just around the corner
on Rue Cler. What a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our
stay in Paris which would not have been nearly as rewarding if
we'd been in a hotel. Quiet street, lovely surroundings, the
Eiffel Tower just minutes away. as was the 69 Metro bus which
took us on a wonderful route past the Musee d'Orsay, over the
Seine and on to the Louvre, and the Marais -- a great way to
really get to know the city. The only problem we encountered was
that our stay was TOO SHORT.
The key's in the mail-- many thanks for all your help, we hope
to return in the near future.

Great location. Easy access with the keypad. Will never use a
hotel when an apartment is an option. We truly felt like we
experienced a taste of the Paris that the locals know.
