All the conveniences of having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a kitchenette, plus these are two separate apartments that are next to each other (the entry doors are only 8 feet apart). These compact apartments are just renovated in April of 2005 (new furnishings, new beds, etc.)

In this oh so central area of Paris, right in the heart of the 8^th district (arrondissement),  with a view of the top of the gorgeous St Augustin church built by Napoleon.  So easy from here to go anywhere, even walking to the Opera area, or a bit further to Place de Concorde.

The neighborhood is very chic, ( the current Prime Minister of France has his home just 3 doors down) and you have lots of shops and bakeries/stores nearby. The building itself is very handsome indeed, very tall double entry doors, extra large all wooden staircase, plus cathedral type glass in the foyer, with beautiful hand carved relief in the ceilings.

Although they can be rented separately, (see details for each below) these 2 flats really do compliment each other and are perfect for a small group or family.  They can accommodate together up to 4 adults (there are 2 large beds on mezzanines "lofts" for the adults)  plus 2 children (in a sofa-sleeper in apartment 93B). The studios are completely independent from each other, but easily accessible as the doors are only a few feet away, on a semi-private landing. Each apartment has its own separate individual full bathroom with massage-jet showers/basin/toilet. The street side unit (93A) has a kitchenette, while the courtyard flat has basic amenities corner with small sink/coffee maker and kettle.

Sleeping arrangements: The street side apartment (93A) has a large queen size bed on a mezzanine and the courtyard property (93B) has a large double size bed on a mezzanine, plus a double size sofa-sleeper that pulls-out on the lower level. The sofa sleeper is recommended for children, (large or small). Please note- you must be willing to climb the ladders to the mezzanine beds. 

There is a large TV and DVD player in the courtyard unit (93B), and both apts have high speed WiFi access! 

The apartments have some nice views since they are on the 5^th floor (European). The all wood parquet flooring, the exposed wooden beams throughout and wooden framed windows in each place provide a real 'cozy' feeling. The combined space of both units is approximately 33 m² (around 355 sq feet).

You will surely enjoy being so central and so close to everything in Paris, plus have the great advantages of 2 separate apts, for just about the price of one!
