This is a superb, beautifully renovated, large holiday rental apartment of 80 m2 (about 860 ft2), that is sure to please even demanding guests. Everything has been renovated and all new furniture and furnishings were carefully put into place. A very generous sized living room with three large floor to ceiling windows that look out over the city and allow in lots of light. The vacation traveler is assured a relaxing and comfortable stay not only by the triple glazed soundproofing windows, but also with the backside location of the main bedroom, which is off a quiet courtyard. The bedding is top-quality with extra thick mattresses and top quality linens.

As a luxury property for 2 guests: a queen size bed and a full bathroom which allows for more than enough spaciousness for you to relax and enjoy your Parisian adventure. A complementary bottle of champagne and fresh flowers awaits you.
As an upscale standard property for up to 4 guests: with 2 guests in the living room on two twin size ‘bunk beds’ (2.4 m long by 0.9 m wide - almost 8 feet long by just less than 3 feet wide) which are very comfortable. While suited for most adults, they would probably be most appreciated by children or young adults. These beds are inside a small 'closet type' space, which could be thought of as akin to sleeping in a train’s compartment, or the best first-class airline beds! They have excellent thick mattresses, and each has an individual reading light. There is either a stool or wooden hooked ladder to use to access the upper bunk bed. We do not recommend the upper bunk for anyone with mobility problems to go up or down the wooden ladder or for a young child. Everyone would share the one bathroom, which has a large shower, sink, and WC.
The kitchen is open style with a high counter that separates it from the dining table which seats up to five guests. It has everything a serious cook needs, or a microwave to just reheat specialty items you purchase at the delis below on rue de Buci. Plenty of counter space as well as new cabinetry, countertops and top-quality appliances.
The beautiful wooden parquet floor is newly laid and adds a warm touch to the atmosphere. Period paintings and refined touches of furnishings grace the apartment throughout. Plenty of closet space is available.
The apartment is located on the 3rd European floor (4th US) stairs only, and is the only apartment on the floor, as this is a small building with few units. The living room faces west and is bathed with lots of sunlight. The bedroom is in the back of the unit, down a short hallway and has plenty of closet space with mirrored closet doors. It has two large windows with a top-quality queen size bed. The bedroom of this Paris holiday is also generous in size, and along with the high ceilings, a feeling of spaciousness is provided. Crown molding throughout adorns the ceilings, and strong accent colors like the red living room curtains provide true originality for this Parisian home.
Located on a pedestrian only street, bustling with activity, but your home in Paris is serene and tranquil, providing an oasis-like tranquility. Café Flore and Deux Magots (say ‘Ma-go’) plus many other small cafes are just around the corner, antique shopping on adjacent rue Jacob is wonderful. You are a stone’s throw from the River Seine, Place St. Michel and the Blvd. St. Germain as well. This will be one to write home about and boast to all your friends you have found the ideal luxurious place in the heart of St. Germain and Paris! Oh la la!

This special apartment is only meant for a couple or one family travelling together. If any member of the group is under 25 years old, there must be a least one parent of that person in the group. Failure to abide by this rule may result in the local Property Manager refusing to allow the guests’ entry into the property and all rental payments will be forfeited. This request is based on the property owner's requirements.
This apartment requires a “Meet and Greet” - guests will be met at the apartment and given keys at that time.
