This quiet Paris rental apartment is on the European 1^st floor (2^nd US) with just 1 flight of stairs. It's 36m² (about 380 ft²). At the front of the apartment, facing a courtyard is the bedroom. It has a European queen size bed, a chest of drawers and armoire to store your belongings. The living room and kitchen area are at the rear of the apartment and offer comfortable living area. Here you'll find a double sofa bed that serves as seating during the day and comfortable sleeping at night. The kitchen has refrigerator, 4 burner stove top, oven, microwave, electric coffee pot, toaster, dishes, and pots and pans. There's a radio with a CD player and a TV with the English news channels CNN, BBC, as well as French stations.

The bathroom has been recently renovated including a large walk-in shower. There's a separate room for the WC and sink for easy access for all. There are windows at both ends of the apartment, overlooking different courtyard areas, providing nice natural light and good cross ventilation when it is warmer out.
