Comments:I mentioned this to the Manager but not sure if he understood. Next to the sink there is an unstable shelf. Contains cleaning supplies but only has 1 "foot" holding it up and needs 3 more. My daughter knocked it over just opening the cabinet.

Comments:Two nights the apartment across a small inner space had their windows open and they were very loud, including a young boy. Because our bedroom window was facing their open window, it sounded like they were in our room. Besides those two nights, it was very peaceful. Our feeling was the location was the best a visitor could possibly hope for. So far, everyone we have explained the location to who have visited Paris has ben extremely jealous. You cannot overstate how great the location is. Thank you! During my initial conversation with your staff, they were very helpful and informative.

Comments:Very adequate accommodations in an excellent location, walking distance to many attractions, with every type of shop you need very close by (bakery, cheese, chocolate, restaurants, grocery. Quaint, non-touristy street, very quiet, friendly neighbors. Great bookshelf with lots of helpful touring books. Furnishings could be updated (sofa was covered with a cloth that was slipping off, bedding and curtains in master were a bit tired). Tight quarters for our family of four but definitely workable and the location made up for lack of space. Would be nice if a/c was provided, as it did get a bit hot and muggy while we were there and open windows led to mosquito bites. Your service was everything we'd hoped for...reliable, organized, honest, and efficient. Thank you!

Comments:The book provided was very informative in how to operate certain features of the apartment. Also, the guest register gave suggestions. Loved the location and convenience!! I think the fee charged for coming in later is a turn off (believe it was the property managers decision). You cannot control mass transportation so that irritated me. Once settled in, I let the city control my emotions.

Comments:The neighborhood and location was fantastic. The apartment was a bit cramped with 5 adults but we were really only there in the evenings. We were hoping to use the washer/dryer for a few loads of laundry as we were traveling for 4 days before arriving in Paris but the time restrictions were far too prohibitive.

Comments:The hours recommended to use the washer/dryer (between 9am and 9pm) and the length of time for the cycle (4 hrs) and the instructions not to leave appliances running when you are not there, made it impossible to use since we were out sightseeing and dining during the day and early evening. Also, the instructions said that the clothes would still have to be hung up to completely dry. I guess this is typical of European washer/dryer combos, but it made it impractical to do laundry. Fortunately, it was not crucial for us. We Americans are spoiled! This is a superb location in a great neighborhood!

Comments:When booking a two-bedroom apartment for two people, the idea was to allow each person to have their own private room. Upon arrival, it was discovered that only the room with the two twin beds were made. As our party had become larger (my fault for not providing notice) there were only towels for two people. The staff were able to accommodate us the following day (Sat) by coming and making the third bed and providing towels for the additional guests. Please advise staff, that just because there are only two in the party does not mean that the two are going to share a bedroom together. They should not assume that the second bedroom will not be used. That is the purpose of booking a two-bedroom apartment. Also, if there are only two in the party, why assume they want the twin beds? They may want the double bed (in case of a couple.) All beds should be made in the apartment, regardless of the number in the party. Other than the bedding situation - this apartment is perfect. Wonderfully situated and very clean. In the description, perhaps a mention of the spiral staircase to the first floor to arrive to the apartment will be helpful. Thank you so much for the free internet and phone home calls. What a bonus ! Also, the wine was lovely. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Comments:Overall wonderful. The living space is tight and therefore not comfortable for 4 much less 5 people, but was adequate. The kitchen shelving is way too high for anyone except very tall people. Consider lowering the top shelving so the items can be reached. Leave a bath mat for the guests as well. Other than those small items which did not deter us, we loved it!!! I would use your service again and refer you to others as well. We used your as you were one of a very few who did not ask for a large security deposit along with copies of passports which I would not have given to anyone. You made the entire process very easy. Comments:This 2-bedroom apartment is in a wonderful location, which is probably it's best feature. While the bedrooms were average size, the living/dining area was extremely small, especially with the sofa bed pulled out. We were 5 people, and it really is tight for 5. The kitchen was the best feature, because it was very well equipped with just about anything you needed to prepare meals. There were plenty of dishes & utensils, as well as pots and pans. We found this to be quite unusual compared to other apartments we have rented. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom adequate (though the toilet is in a tiny "closet" at one end of the bathroom and a tall or large person would have trouble fitting in it!). While the furniture in general seemed fairly new, the sofa was a bit drab & dirty, and there was quite a bit of dust in the bedrooms, so I'm not sure how well it was cleaned before our arrival. I loved the location, but would probably try another apartment before staying there again. Considering the size of the apartment I felt it was quite overpriced.
