Comments:The apartment is excellent. The floor was dusty in parts. For an 8 day stay, a bit more toilet paper would have been helpful but I do understand that it is an apartment and not a hotel. Location is excellent, around the corner or across the Champ de Mars (on the way to the metro Dupleix) are an unbelievable number of excellent places to eat. It was such a great place to stay that we just looked out the window straight at the Eiffel Tower whenever we were back in the apartment for a short break. There are many supermarkets nearby, making cooking for yourself really easy. The washing machine was excellent and much appreciated by us travellers. The door from the 2nd bedroom into the sitting room has a handle that is not secured - the screw in the door handle is missing. This meant the door could not be closed from the sitting room side as the handle just pulls off.

Comments:The shower was excellent but the WC was quite cramped. And the sink located outside the bedroom was a few inches too high. This would be difficult for a child to use. To be honest, both bath sinks were awkward for me to use, even. The mattresses were quite hard and not the most comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic. The apartment was extremely spacious. I didn?t use the living room, but found it nicely appointed. Lovely view of Eiffel Tower from inside the apartment and the street. The clothes iron and ironing board, while appreciated, did not work well and need to be replaced. In terms of temperature, the steam heating worked well enough and the apartment was comfortable. I would recommend this to a person who wants to be near the Eiffel Tower and is looking for Parisian charm, so to speak. I would not rent again, myself and would choose a different Arrondissement. The toilet paper holder fell apart. There is a missing metal endcap that is meant to screw on and hold the rod to the frame. Maybe it fell behind the toilet.

Comments:The toilet and shower are on opposite sides of apt so a little inconvenient. The dryer never really worked and needed to hang our clothes around apt to dry. Some of the kitchen dishes and utensils were dirty and rewashed items we used. The noise outside was noticeable but we were able to dampen by running the air conditioning. Opening the windows let in cigarette smoke from below. We loved the location, the view and 'living' in Paris! Would definitely use your company again for a fut

Comments:The location of the apartment was exceptional. It had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from every window. Rue Cler was a 7 minute walk away and provided a variety of eateries and several grocery stores. There were also more restaurants just outside the building and more grocery stores too. The metro was a 10 minute walk, plus the location made it convenient for walking to all the famous sites. The building was very secure and any issues were promptly addressed by our french property agent. We also used the shuttle company recommended by VIP upon arrival and departure to CDG , they were very streamlined and efficient. We stayed there for ten days and had a wonderful vacation. Even though this was our fifth Paris vacation , we're looking forward to returning in 2025 and booking with VIP again. That Jan Smith at VIP made our vacation very memorable. Every detail was addressed flawlessly and we were very pleased with the great customer service we received.

Comments:I've stayed at several Vacation in Paris apartments and this was by far my favorite. The photos do not do it justice It's much larger than it appears. Nicely furnished and an absolutely beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from both the apartment and the front door! You meet a property manger who was incredibly helpful and friendly. We did hear a little noise from upstairs but it was not a real problem. Pillows could be a little more comfortable but that was not a major issue.

Comments:We had a wonderful time and would stay with VIP and in this property again. This wasn't our first choice neighborhood but ended up being a blessing. We could stroll to the Seine or the Eiffel Tower in the morning and peep the lights on the Eiffel Tower at night. Groceries, bread, and wine just around the corner. Communication with the apartment manager was seamless on WhatsApp. Only recommendation I have is an additional kitchen towel and maybe update the mattresses.

Comments: I wouldn't stay here again b/c it was tiny! and the bathroom situation was tough. Not complaining. Really! but that 3 part bathroom with tiny sinks and nowhere to put anything was rough. This would be a little too "intimate" for 2 couples! it worked fine

Comments:The only problem with the noise inside the building was a couple next door that got into a screaming fights a couple of times. They seemed to be Asian so we couldn't understand the language but it definitely wasn't friendly. Loved the neighborhood!

Comments:The location was fantastic! The neighborhood is beautiful. Around the corner is a "patisserie (bakery)" and a supermarket. We were so happy with everything. You ask, "was it noisy outside?" Perhaps so...but this is a busy street in a busy city. We could sleep at night and awoke refreshed in the morning. We are ready to rent the same apartment again. Thanks! We used a phone app called "Citymapper." I would recommend it for navigating Paris and the Metro.

Comments:The only issue we had were the door handles falling of (we did not have an allen key to re-secure them) and the step out from the shower. I would recommend a no slip or nice rubber based mat suitable to the decor as it is quite a step and my wife slipped

Comments:I would recommend the appartment anytime. The interaction with the contact person was excellent, always willing to help and always available. The e-mail interaction with Vacation in Paris staff was also first class. It was really an excellent experience and I thank you for making my whole family spent the best of times in Paris. After talking to a friend of mine about our experience in Paris, she asked me if you were available for other locations in Europe. Comments:The toilet seat had not been fixed and it moved all over the toilet which made for interesting experiences when using it. Needs to be fixed. We had mentioned it in our list of things that were broken when we came into the apartment. Other things were a broken hand mirror and closet door. Things that we could live with but should be fixed for the next client. The apartment was fantastic! Absolutely great! I've already recommended you. It really made the whole trip more like living in Paris rather than vacationing in Paris. I'm glad I took my friend's suggestion and I've already recommended your service to others.

Comments:There were a few very minor inconveniences. We were unable to locate the phone for several days, and we purchased an electrical converter from a shop, and later found one in the bedroom. We also used the washer and dryer, and had to call the apt manager This was a delightful apartment and location. The beds were extremely comfortable, the layout of the apartment looked unusual on the internet, but ended up being very convenient for 4 adults to get ready for a full day in Paris at the same time!

Comments:The apartment was gorgeous, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I have only marked the bathroom down because having a separate shower room (with no room for changing) made bathing slightly less private than we would have liked. But the location, cleanliness of the apartment, the lovely furnishings and that beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower more than compensated for it. I'm happy for my comments on the apartment to be passed on to people who inquire about the apartment, but I'd prefer that my email address not be handed out to others. thank you.
