Comments:I have rented many apartments in Paris, many through Vacation in Paris. I have also done many home exchanges in Paris. The location of this property was one of the best. We went on morning and evening walks through many close-by neighborhoods, the Marais and the Latin Quarter. Ile St. Louis was like living in a small village. Bakeries, cheese shops, wine stores, small grocery stores and boutique clothing stores were right around the corner from the apartment. This apartment was beyond my expectations. You can tell that this apartment was set up to make your vacation enjoyable and stress free. When you read the description of this apartment, believe everything you read about it. It's an apartment you could settle in for a long time.

Comments:What a wonderful place! I have already recommended it and shared a link on the Les Frenchies Paris travel Facebook page. Linens and towels: My personal preference is to have a top sheet, so I missed that. I meant to write a message to say that the toilet seat in the small bathroom doesn't seem connected quite right. My husband looked at it but couldn't fix it. It shifts when sat upon. Also, you might want to add a photo to your site showing the trundle bed fully set up. We were under the impression (from the photo online) that one of my daughters would be sleeping low, down by the floor. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the bed was normal height, side-by-side with the other bed. That may be more attractive if you have two couples renting the unit. Thank you for all you have done to make our stay so wonderful. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

Comments:Absolutely loved this apartment and always wanted to stay here when in Paris. Agency was great in keeping in contact, all information needed was provided and agent who met us was very through. Information about the bathroom towel rack is needed. Also it would be helpful to leave the list of English speaking channels on the tv.(400 - 4005).

Comments:The apartment was lovely. We will definitely make a reservation to stay there again. However, the noise from revelers outside, at all hours of the night, did put a damper on my getting a good night's sleep for a few nights. I know there isn't much the apartment owner can do, except maybe double pain windows? But, Its Paris! So we didn't mind that much.

Comments:Beautiful apartment. Very nicely furnished. More spacious than I expected from the online pictures. SUPER comfortable beds and pillows. Nice art decoration. Great shower. I wouldn't count on using the dryer. It doesn't dry as well as the machines in the US. General city noise at night (people enjoying themselves), but you couldn't hear much with the windows closed. Definitely a crowded tourist neighborhood, but also a lot of places to eat, boulangerie, fromagerie etc. It was WONDERFUL to wake up and see the Notre Dame every day. I wouldn't use this particular property again, but ONLY because I want to explore other areas of the city. I would definitely recommend Vacation in Paris to a friend and I would use it again when visiting Paris.

Comments:This was a dream location - our apartment on the 2nd floor was so charming we didn't want to leave it! Looking out the window 1/2 a block down our street was a lovely view of the Seine. While you could hear the noise of small gatherings on the river bank at night, it didn't detract from the experience - it added to the ambiance. Our neighborhood offered everything - good dining & shopping, and we had the luxury of passing by Notre Dame en route to our daily site seeing.

Comments:Your staff member was very helpful. The flat was fine by general standards. A bit cramped and noisy - lots of late night and early morning trucks. Our views this year were a bit tarnished by the unfortunate late move from Rue de Buci (we stayed there last year). We thought #235 was much better quality and position than #191 for about the same cost. (We walked past #235 and there were no works during our stay, but c'est la vie.) The TV system did not work and was not able to be fixed during our visit. We appreciated your service and will use you again - you should target other cities. You should do NYC - I tried to use airb&b and found it much less user friendly than your service, and did not use it in the end. We ended up in a hotel.

Comments:The apartment was truly lovely, and the location unbeatable. The noise outside refers only to the morning street-cleaning noises, which didn't bother us but possibly might others. Towels might have been a little more fluffy, but were certainly acceptable. One thing I'd suggest in your info: we knew enough to bring electrical adapters, and I think there was one in the apartment already, but obviously coming from the US with computers and camera batteries and ipods etc. one needs several of them.

Comments:Our one big problem with the apartment was the lack of a consistently working Internet connection--the one in the owner's handbook was not working with the password we were given. The manager gave us an alternative, which worked only some of the time. This was very frustrating. Otherwise, the apartment was perfect. The noise was from very early morning garbage trucks--otherwise the street was very quiet. Besides the Internet problem we had, we liked the apartment very much and would use your company again.

Comments:We enjoyed our stay very much. I slept in the trundle bed and found it surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen was adequate for breakfast. I'm not sure that I would have wanted to cook there -- too small. My only question about cleanliness related to the area carpet in the bathroom, which did not seem particulary clean. All arrangements were handled efficiently and courteously. I would recommend your service to my friends. We used Global Transfer Services to and from the airport. The service worked reasonably well. Upon arriving on Isle St. Louis, the driver declined to take us directly to the apartment because he didn't want to wait for a double-parked vehicle to move, so he told us to get out of the car at the corner of Pont de la Tournelle and Quai d'Orleans. This was inconvenient to say the least. On the return trip to the airport, the driver was more than 30 minutes late in picking us up. The service indicated that they were refund part of our payment because they were late, but they never did.

Comments:This is a great apartment - better suited to 2 people rather than 3. There were some "rough" edges - moderately equiped kitchen with utensils etc which had not been very well cleaned by previous users. Dusting in areas like on on top of the fridge was lacking. There was also some unfinished repair work in the bathroom but apologies received from Olivia. These did not overly detract from our experience and as I've said, it's a great apartment that we are likely to use again. I believe that this was our 6th rental through you. I recommend you to many friends and colleagues as we've always had a great experience. Thanks again.
