Comments: This was the second time I have stayed at Diamonds in the Sky and I love being there. The apartment felt spacious even with 6 of us staying there. The location in the 7th a is perfect with the Eiffel Tower just one block away, easy access to the Metro

Comments:What a fantastic location! I walked the very short distance to the Eiffel tower each night to see the 11pm sparkles. The apartment is in a wonderful area full of restaurants and shops. David made us very welcome on our arrival, he explained how everything worked and he was available for any queries we had during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment, the location can't be beaten. Having the Eiffel tower as our base made it easy to get transport around the city, as everything starts at the Eiffel Tower! I really appreciated the map that was sent in the information pack, having a clear map of the area with directions on it made it so easy to find the apartment.

Comments:We were extremely happy with this apartment and with our interactions with the Vacations in Paris staff -- primarily the person who answered the 800 number from the States, the person who responded to e-mails, and David, the manager of the property. Everyone was easily accessible, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We really appreciated how it was so easy to reach David by phone from the train station and how he greeted us in front of the apartment and gave us a thorough explanation of the apartment and what was nearby. The location is fantastic and felt very safe. We only had noise early the first morning when someone played some music extremely loudly outside at about 6:30 am. Other than that, all was quiet and lovely. Thank you!

Comments:The only negative was the distance from the closest Metro stop to the apartment. We walked between 15-25 miles a day, and by the time we got off our Metro, we still had to walk a good 1/2 mile. But we loved the neighborhood!!

Comments:The bedrooms are very large and great for two couples. It would be excellent if the two singles in one of the rooms were able to be converted to a queen size bed. The shower was excellent and not over the bath! A very safe and friendly area. We had a wonderful stay. The location so close to the Eiffel tower was amazing.

Comments:The location of the apartment is excellent. The floor is noisy. Everytime you walk around the property it bothered others especiallyat the evenings. The beddingin master is excellent except the secondary bedroom beds are really unacceptable as it's foldable beds. It felt like one of the bed it's going to fold during your sleep. The bathroom door did not work properly. We had to worked hard to closed the door. Other than the door the bathroom is excellent I'll recommend or stay there again only for the location near the Eiffel Tower.

Comments:We absolutely loved staying at Diamonds in Your Sky during our stay in Paris. It certainly exceeded our expections- the bathroom was roomy and shower was large, the bedrooms had plenty of closet and storage space, the kitchen was small but efficient, and David was a wealth of information and an asset to your business. I will recommend Diamonds in Your Sky to all my friends based on the perfect location at the base of the Eiffel Tower, the close proximity to the RER, Metro and bus lines, the reasonable rental rate and the wonderful atmosphere of Rue de la Bourdonnais. I look forward to staying there again when I return to Paris!

Comments:Regarding the "Yes" for noise from inside the building - that occurred the first night we arrived. As we arrived one of the tennants was posting a notice about a party that evening and providing a number to call if it got too loud. I took a sleeping pill so slept through it but my friends didn't and said the noise was very loud. The night we left the same thing someone posted a notice about an 18th birthday party but that wasn't as loud as the first night. The noise during the week wasn't a problem it was quiet. One suggestion I would make about the facilities in the apartment would be to provide more shelves in the bedroom with the double bed and hooks for out door coats and long dresses. Also the bedroom with the double bed could do with a mirror on the wall. Given that there were 5 women in the apartment it was a challenge to find a suitable mirror to put on your make up.

Comments:Thank you. We had such a great time in your apartment. The rooms were ample size and decorated beautifully. Communication before our arrival was outstanding and David was very helpful. We would highly recommend it to our friends in Australia. The DVD player didn't work (but really, we were in Pairs - we shouldn't have been wanting to watch a movie in the first place!) and the kitchen could do with a little clean out (I can't imagine ever wanting to use the left over lentils!).

Comments:The drain in the bathroom shower drained more and more slowly each day, until the day we left, when it was not draining at all. Unable to determine how to operate microwave. We did not prepare meals (other than breakfast), but the kitchen appeared small, tight -- yes, we know this is Paris. We had previously rented Paris apartments from VIP. We really like the 7th arrondisement -- so easy to get around the rest of Paris and we always walk to La Tour Eiffel each evening before retiring. The arrival coordination went very smoothly and we appreciated that.

Comments:We really enjoyed the apartment and its wonderful location. With many fine bistros nearby and excellent markets on Rue Cler, we never were at a loss for good food. It snowed most of the days on our visit, but the apartment stayed warm. The kitchen allowed me to cook a full Christmas dinner for 6.

Comments:All high marks, we loved our stay. Our only regret is that we booked for 5 nights - should have booked 10....... We found 'Vacation in Paris' very professional to deal with, the staff were very helpful during our search for an appartment and once the booking was in place they provided good clear information and answers to our questions. We'll be using Vacation in Paris again and recommend to others.
