Comments:The property was perfect for our needs and plenty of room for the two of us. The location, being so close to several train stations and buses was such a bonus for visitors in Paris. We also walked to several of our destinations, especially to dine. The little supermarket downstairs provided for all our food and drink requirements. We also appreciated the use of travel books/maps of major tourist attractions in Paris and directions on how to get there that were at our disposal in the apartment. Having the use of a washing machine/dryer was such a benefit, especially as we had been travelling around Europe for some time. The letter box downstairs in the Foyer was not labelled with the same name as was listed in our printed infornation. We simply went by the number on the box, but this was a little confusing. The dining table does not open out to its full size. We presume there are two extra legs somewhere to support it fully extended. Our main concern was the fact there is nowhere to leave your luggage prior to your flight out of Paris. We attempted to book our luggage in to a storage locker, but these no longer exist in Paris, even though the wesites and telephone numbers are still listed. It would have been an enormous help if an arrangement could be made with a local business/shop/the nearby hotel to leave your luggage in a safe place whilst making the most of a full day in Paris. We dragged our luggage around with us from 9.30am until late afternoon!

Comments:Having rented other apartments from both VIP and other agencies I would say overall that this was an adequate but average rental unit in many ways. The kitchen was, in our opinion, the biggest issue for us. It seemed sparsely equipped and the lighting was poor. It was quite small and perhaps poorly laid out. For instance: my wife couldn't reach the microwave or glassware without risking breakage or spilling. The bathroom could use a small table or ledge and had poor lighting as well. These aren't huge issues but just daily irritants. Yes. While we might use VIP again in the future, we will be more careful in what we select and where. The above booking was made in a hasty manner as we were trying to to do two bookings in the same general area and our preferred options were already booked. We simply need to start the process earlier.

Comments:The only reason I would not select this property again is that we were traveling with 2 younger children (7 & 9) and I think it would be a little too small for our family once the kids get bigger.

Comments:Very well laid out for a smaller space. There was some construction noise from a unit that was remodeling but we were out most of the day so it did not bother us. The market below was very convenient. Very nice location on a quiet street. Vacation is Paris is a great company to work with.

Comments:I didn't know how to make the t.v. work, but I didn't work very hard at it, and I am technologically challenged. Not a big problem because there was plenty to do in Paris. I loved my time in Paris...not long enough

Comments:On the neighborhood: Geographically, the apartment is ideally located. Unfortunately, a homeless person spent the night a few times in the staircase. I did inform the owner about this incident, and I received a fast and helpful response. Apart from the somewhat unpleasant surprise, no harm was done. I was generally very happy with the apartment. Comments:A power point in the kitchen for plugging in the kettle or the toaster would be useful. We loved the apartment and found the location and the neighbourhood great. Having the supermarket next door was a bonus. I would use Vacation in Paris again - everyone has been very helpful, the informaton provided was great and everything worked extremely well. Thank you!
