Comments:The location was the BEST. Loved the neighborhood, restaurants, patisseries. So convenient to everything that you want to do in Paris. Having the washer is a real "plus". So happy that we used your services. Everyone was so nice and helpful and everything was just as "advertised".

Comments:The bathroom was only "fair" because the toilet did not flush very well, other than that it was ok. We liked the location because it was close to a train station, the Eiffel Tower and there was a bakery and shops near by. The WiFi password was written incorrectly in the book, but we figured it out by looking on the router.

Comments:this apartment was fine, extremely well located but the TV never worked, even after the owner came to help. It worked 1 day and then went on the blink. You always have to "reboot" it, but even so it did not work. I think it was a challenge for many people before me according to the comments in the book in the apartment. Not really.

Comments:The booking process was seamless and the staff incredibly healpful and patient. The property was fantastic and exactly what was advertised. The location is sublime. It was our BEST experience throughout out travels and made our stay in Paris as perfect as we could have hoped. Ten out of ten all round! The lock to open the front door really needs to be changed. It is very, very difficult to get back in to the apartment every day and I am surprised that people haven't broken the key in the lock in their attempts to get it open. That would be my only suggestion. I LOVED this apartment. Thank you to everyone!

Comments:We had a wonderful time visiting Paris from this apartment. The location was perfect with excellent restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy, and pastries within a 1-7 minute walk. Having the Eiffel Tower a ten minute walk away with the buses, boats, train, subway all right there made getting to other parts of Paris quick and easy. The apartment was terrific for our group as we needed a ground floor and it was secure and safe. There's no view but just walk outside and you are exploring Paris! We would definitely go back! One if the best parts of this vacation was the ease of working with vacations in Paris ... The staff was so wonderful to work with and payment/key delivery and key deposit refund all went perfectly. I loved working with VIP!

Comments:Location was wonderful. Found local restaurants and bakeries nearby. Apartment was tastefully done and comfortable. Description from VIP was accurate. Would recommend the apartment and VIP. Just wish we had more time... For some resaon we were both allergic to something in the apartment that caused allergy symptons like running noses and congestion. At first thought pillows but decided it may have been the duvet with down. Everything was blooming outside too.

Comments:The apartment is strategically located in the "7eme Arrondissement," surrounded by numerous shops, eateries, nearby metro station and points of interest. One useful tip that helped us plan our routes using the Metro system is an application that we downloaded from the Apple store for 99 cents called: "Paris Metro." With that, we were able to plan our daily routes step by step before leaving the apartment. That way, we didn't have to shuffle a Metro map around town and be identified as tourists.

Comments:We found the apartment compact and well designed. Being on the first floor with limited outside views was a drawback. In the future if we decide to come back, we would have preferred a higher floor with a view. Location was perfect for our traveling needs and definitely no shortage of restaurants or places to shop for food. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday in Paris and would not hesitate to use VIP again. We did use the washer and found that it took several days for clothes to dry. Lucky for us we washed some clothes on Wednesday and they were dry completely by Friday.

Comments:The place is right for a pty of 03, the apartment is okay but as I have advised Jeff, it seems the renovation was done during cold months, as the main wooden floors in the living room started to warp and it became like an ant hill as the days progressed. We had to be careful to walk around it, as one could trip over and hit the counter top. The stools should have a foam cushion as sitting on it for some periods does make one's bottom hurt. The bathroom is cute, needs though a soap receptacle in the shower and basin. I would use the apartment again, provided the floors have been fixed and recommend it to a friend who is travelling solo or just a couple. Overall, we are satisfied with the service VIP gives and we are repeat customers, so looking forward to another apartment in the near future to use.

Comments:The only downside was that during the two weeks in April that we spent in Paris, it rained incessantly. While we enjoyed our apartment and were very comfortable there, there are no outdoor views or spaces to speak of, except for the courtyard, which unfortunately contains the recycling bins and the trash cans. So when the weather is bad, it's rather unpleasant to hang around the apartment and even more unpleasant to wander around. A few more lamps might help. Not much can be done about no view. Perfect location for feeling like a Paris insider. Easy to get everywhere. We went to the Champs de Mars every evening and watched the Eiffel Tower light show. The neighborhood is a delight. One of the best bakers in Paris is ten steps away. The Rue Cler is absolutely the best find every. TONS of great restaurants within a few blocks.
