Comments:Although not the owner's fault,it got very loud outside our window by late night partiers on a couple of nights. They were quick interruptions though. The apartment building was quite charming,including the resident building cat. We really appreciated the concierge staff and the security system. The neighborhood was fantastic and typically Parisian. Everything we needed was nearby. We felt very safe, even walking at night.

Comments:I didn't love the building itself ... felt like a has-been hotel ... but the location was outstanding and the apartment itself was great. I travel to Paris once or twice a year and rent almost exclusively from VacationInParis .... great advice, great selection.

Comments:Just one night of excessive outside noise, most likely due to a festival. Only other negative was broken apartment door lock - had to carry a screwdriver for emergency ingress if required as per suggestion of property manager. We were most pleased with our experience with VIP and would consider using again when planning our next trip to Paris.

Comments:The location could not be more convenient - near the center of the city and very close to a metro stop. The apartment was very comfortable. The kitchen was small, but functional. We would stay at this apartment again and recommend it to our friends.
