Comments:While I normally stay in on the left bank, this property really provides a actual Parisian, non-touristy location. There is a wonderful street market literally around the corner and good food shops - including Picard - close to hand. I walked a little uphill (maybe 10 mins, but I'm a slow walker) to the Arc de Triomphe to catch the line 1 of the Metro, which provides direct access to most of the attractions visitors will be looking to visit. The unit's only "drawback" is that it's in a modern, essentially nondescript building, so there is none of the charm North Americans might be seeking in a Parisian stay. The bathroom is newish, good shower in the full bath (rare in my experience), and there's a induction stove in the kitchen (otherwise looking it's age), that probably exceeded my technical capacity.
